SXTC Series AC/DC Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Set with small size,light weight,compact,full-featured,versatile and easy to use features. Espec -ially for power systems,industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research departments of various high-voltage electrical equipment, elec -trical components,insulation material insulation strength test frequency or DC high pressure.Is indispensable in high voltage test equipment.

  • Flexible Operation: Supports manual, electric drive, and automated operation modes, customizable to user specifications.

  • Transformer Options: Selectable oil-immersed, dry-type, or SF6 gas-insulated transformers based on requirements.

  • Robust Performance: Engineered with high immunity against electromagnetic interference.

  • Multi-Channel Testing: Simultaneously monitors and tests three parameters: High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV) current, and time.

  • Real-time Monitoring: Continuously displays HV voltage and LV current during operation.

  • Comprehensive Protection: Integrated safety features include over-current protection, zero-start audio-visual alarm, and power switch protection.

  • Advanced Relays: Equipped with a new time relay (1 sec – 99 hrs range) and a more precise, reliable current relay.

  • Portable Design (≥5kVA): Units rated 5kVA and above feature movable iron wheels for lightweight, compact, and easy mobility.

  • Modular Control Unit: Available in configurations matching capacity:

    • Box Type: ≤ 5kVA

    • Table Type: ≥ 10kVA

    • Cabinet Type: ≥ 50kVA

  • Optional AC/DC Conversion: A rectifier unit is available as an option to enable DC testing functionality.
