SXJS-III Tan Delta Tester
The Tan Delta Tester is designed for dielectric loss and capacitance measurement of high-voltage electrical equipment. It is widely used for transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, capacitors and surge arresters in power plants, substations, transformer manufacturing facilities and electrical maintenance departments. The tester is also suitable for insulation condition assessment during equipment installation, handover and preventive testing.
The system uses variable-frequency power technology with automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion and data processing. Its power supply generates pure sine-wave outputs at 45 Hz and 55 Hz and provides automatic voltage application up to 10 kV. The design offers strong interference resistance and fast testing for dielectric loss measurements in electrically noisy field environments.
