The SXBZ Series Transformer Test Bench is a professional all-in-one high voltage testing equipment, specially designed for full-range factory inspection and routine maintenance testing of various power transformers.

It is widely applicable to power grid supply & distribution stations, transformer manufacturing factories, transformer maintenance service centers and related electrical testing labs. The whole unit supports personalized customization according to customers’ actual testing demands, and can be configured as bench type or microcomputer integrated type to adapt to different test sites.

This test bench integrates all core transformer testing functions, covering no-load & load loss test, winding resistance, turn ratio, impedance, power frequency withstand voltage, induced overvoltage, partial discharge, temperature rise, impulse voltage, insulation test and transformer oil analysis. Equipped with PLC control system and high-precision A/D converter, it realizes automatic data acquisition, calculation, storage, printing and test report generation, greatly improving testing efficiency and test data accuracy.

Complete multi-layer safety protection mechanisms such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, misoperation and wrong wiring protection are built in to guarantee safe operation for operators.
