| History: | Shenzhen Shengxin Automation Equipment Co.,Ltd has a history of more than 10 years. Since we developed the first screen printing machine in 2000, we have been always commiting to research and develop the good quality machine to meet our customer's needs for the packing industy. Until now we have screen printing machine production line, hot stamping machine production line, assembly line, etc. Our costomers are P&G, ESTEE LAUDER, OLAY, Brown's Doctor, etc
In 2009, we developed assembly line integrated Incising the cap, welding cap, heat melt, hot stamping and assembly functions for the liqour and wine industy. Our customers are Wu Liang Ye White Spirit, Mao Tao White Spirit, Lu Zhou Lao Jiao White Spirit, and Russian vodka etc.
In 2013, According to the customer's needs, we start to design and provide solution of pad printing machine, labeling machine, heat transfer machine, offset printing machine.
In 2015, we gain honor of the shenzhen high-new technology enterprise.
In 2016, we use the visual detection system as a automatic QC in the screen printing machine instead of the manual QC. Solving the problem like slow QC speed, low efficiency, and the result of quality control can't comply with the quality standards caused by manual QC, . Reducing the labor cost and improving the quality control efficiency.
