This full-automatic one-to-two mask machine integrates mask forming / mask blanking / mask cutting / automatic flap / ear band welding / automatic material distribution channel / upper nose bridge strip / stacking as a whole, in which masks are formed / Mask blanking / upper nose bridge strips / mask cutting are all done automatically on one machine, and ear band welding is performed by photoelectric induction automatic material distribution / ear band inward / stacking is completed in two machines in the post section. The production capacity of the entire line has been improved, and the high-speed operation of the front-end molding has been fully utilized to achieve the purpose of real high output in the assembly line.
