The LK1801 is a single-channel high-current Darlington transistor array designed for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. It features a built-in freewheeling diode, TTL/CMOS compatible input, and a high output withstand voltage of up to 50V. With a collector output current of 500mA per channel, it can be paralleled for increased current capability. The integrated base resistor allows direct connection to logic circuits, and an internal pull-down resistor on each input prevents unstable MCU signals from causing abnormal operation.
