The HER101 thru HER108 series are high-efficiency rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications, offering significant efficiency improvements. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capabilities, making them suitable for various power supply and rectification circuits. They are constructed with a JEDEC DO-41 molded plastic body and plated axial leads that are solderable per MIL-STD-750. The polarity is indicated by a color band denoting the cathode end. These devices are rated for operating junction and storage temperatures between -55 to +150 C and can withstand high temperature soldering.
