These rectifiers feature a glass-passivated chip junction, ultra-fast reverse recovery time, and high forward surge capability. They meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-0020, LF maximum peak of 260 C. Typical applications include high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication devices.
