The SS32(A) through SS320(A) series are surface-mount Schottky rectifiers designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. These devices feature a low-profile package ideal for automated placement, with a guardring for overvoltage protection. They offer low power losses, high efficiency, and high forward surge capability, making them suitable for inverters, freewheeling circuits, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS-compliant.
