The S3AF~S3MF series are general-purpose surface mount silicon rectifiers designed for a wide range of applications. Featuring a thin SMAF package, these diodes offer reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 3.0A. They are constructed with glass-passivated chip junctions, are lead-free and halogen-free, complying with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives. These rectifiers are suitable for surface-mounted applications.
