The RS1AF~RS1MF series are fast recovery rectifiers designed for general-purpose applications. Featuring a glass-passivated chip junction and fast reverse recovery time, these diodes offer reliable performance for surface-mounted applications. They are lead-free and comply with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives, and are also halogen-free products. Available in a thin SMAF package, these rectifiers support reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 1.0A.
