The US1A - US1M series are 1.0A surface mount ultra-fast rectifiers featuring glass passivated die construction and ultra-fast recovery time for high efficiency. They offer surge overload ratings to 30A peak and high current capability, making them ideally suited for automated assembly. These devices are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free ("Green" device).
