The PDS760 is a 7A Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications. It features a guard ring die construction for transient protection, low power loss, high efficiency, and low reverse leakage current. This device offers high forward surge current capability and is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony-free ("Green" device).
