The SBRT15U50SP5 is a 15A TrenchSBR TRENCH SUPER BARRIER RECTIFIER packaged in a compact, thermally efficient POWERDI5 package. It offers an ultra-low forward voltage drop (VF) and excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures, making it ideal for rectification, freewheeling, or polarity protection in applications such as >10W AC/DC adaptors/chargers and DC/DC converters. Its low profile is suitable for thin applications.
