The GR3A - GR3M series are glass-passivated junction fast recovery rectifiers designed for high-reliability applications. They offer high current capability, low reverse current, and low forward voltage drop, making them ideal for high-efficiency switching applications. These rectifiers are Pb/RoHS free and come in an SMC molded plastic case.
