The B0520LW, B0530W, and B0540W are Schottky diodes featuring a molded plastic body with plated, solderable leads per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. These diodes offer a low forward voltage drop and guard ring construction for transient protection, making them suitable for applications requiring high conductance. A lead-free version is also available.
