The PDS340 is a 3A Schottky Barrier Rectifier featuring guard ring die construction for transient protection, low power loss, high efficiency, and low forward voltage drop. It is designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications, offering high forward surge current capability. This device is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony-free, designated as a "Green" device. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability.
