The SBR8U60P5 is a NEW PRODUCT 8A SBR SUPER BARRIER RECTIFIER from Diodes Incorporated, featuring ultra-low forward voltage drop and patented Super Barrier Rectifier technology. It offers soft, fast switching capability, a high operating junction temperature of 150C, and a lead-free, RoHS compliant finish. This device is also Halogen and Antimony free, designated as a "Green" device. Its mechanical data includes a POWERDI5 case made of molded plastic with UL Flammability Classification Rating 94V-0, moisture sensitivity Level 1, and matte tin annealed terminals.
