The B520C-B560C is a 5.0A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for general commercial applications. It is ideal for polarity protection, re-circulating, and switching diode functions in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters. Key features include guard ring die construction for transient protection, suitability for automated assembly, and low power loss for high efficiency. This device is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony-free ("Green" device), and qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability.
