The ST2045L is a 20A, 45V low forward voltage surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier. Designed for surface-mounted applications, it features a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, resulting in low power loss and high efficiency. Its plastic package carries an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0. Ideal for automated placement, it offers built-in strain relief and high forward surge current capability. This rectifier is compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and guarantees high-temperature soldering at 260C for 10 seconds at terminals.
