The SS1040B-SS10200B series are surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for applications requiring low reverse leakage, high forward surge capability, and high reliability. These diodes are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering (260/10 seconds) and feature lead and body compliance with RoHS standards. The "-F" suffix indicates a green compound (halogen-free) product. They are housed in a DO-214AA molded plastic package with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and pure tin, lead-free plated leads.
