The HS3A through HS3M series are high-efficiency rectifiers featuring a low-profile package ideal for automated placement. These rectifiers utilize a glass-passivated chip junction for ultra-fast reverse recovery time and high forward surge capability. They are designed for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications. The devices meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-0020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260C.
