The MUR810F THRU MUR860F series are ultra-fast recovery rectifier diodes featuring high efficiency due to their fast recovery time. They offer low leakage current and high forward surge capability, making them ideal for super-fast switching rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer, computer, and telecommunication equipment. The diodes are housed in an ITO-220AC package with tin-plated leads and a color band indicating the cathode end.
