The ElecSuper BC846 thru BC848 series are NPN transistors in a SOT-23 plastic-encapsulated package. These SuperTransistors offer a VCBO range of 30V to 80V and an IC of 100mA. They are complementary to BC856/BC857/BC858 devices and are ideally suited for automatic insertion with a power dissipation of 200mW. Applications include general-purpose switching and amplification.
