Nantong Jingcai Precision Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of ZTT Group (Stock Code: 600522), is professional fabricator of quartz end products for the industries of semiconductors and high-end optics. For semiconductor parts, our products cover the categories of etching, RTP, oxidation, diffusion, epitaxy, thin film deposition, wet bench, wafer bonding and etc.
For the optics sector, we have professional mechanical polishing equipments for ring polishing and double-side polishing. The max diameter of the product can reach Φ1200mm. We also supply the synthetic quartz photomasks for lithography, gradually covering the high-end models of KrF and ArF.
Our factory is located in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 46mu (about 30,666m²), with factory area of over 33,000m². We have our own synthetic quartz materials, which are produced by NTCM (another affiliated brother company of ZTT Group). Our synthetic quartz materials owns superior performance in its metal impurities and optical parameters, and can perfectly replace the imported products, guaranteeing quality and delivery time.

OEM Overview:
All our products are customizable for the materials, specifications and surface treatment and etc. We warmly welcome our clients to send us technical drawings for new developments. Once we receive the new drawings, we will organize technical review meetings immediately, so that the cost of raw materials and processing could be confirmed immediately, and then, we will quote to our customers according to their order quantity.
In addition, product reverse engineering (or product surveying and mapping) is also available by us. The customers can send us real samples. Then, we will use our high-precision CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to measure all the specifications of the samples and sketch the technical drawings accordingly. After that, we would be able to produce the exactly-same products as the samples.

Our factory is capable of all types of processing, including mechanical fabrication, mechanical and fire polishing, welding, chemical cleaning (semiconductor level), self-inspection, Class 100 packaging and so on, which can fully meet the high-demanding requirements by the customers of the semiconductor and optics industries.
We are mainly having 3 production departments, involving all the necessary processing procedures. 1. Mechanical Processing Dept. is responsible for the functions of raw material preparation and CNC processing. 2. Optical Processing Dept. is responsible for the functions of mechanical polishing. 3. Fire Processing Dept. is responsible for the functions of welding and fire polishing.

As a professional fabricator for quartz end products, Nantong Jingcai has abundant experience of cooperating with both domestic and overseas equipment manufacturers, including but not limited to: AMAT, LAM, TEL, Mattson, ASM, AMEC, NAURA, SiCARRIER, PNC, Piotech and etc. During these cooperation, we accumulated professional knowledge of processing and can always give our suggestions to the parts designers if the processings are available to be carried out or not, so that the new models of equipments could be inaugurated with stronger performance in front-end wafer processings.
