Welded & Fire Polished High Precision Purity Heater Shell of Natural Quartz Available for 6 Heaters Bars, Wet Bench Process

A quartz heater for a semiconductor wet bench heats aggressive cleaning/etching solutions (like acids) for silicon wafers, using a heating element inside a chemically inert quartz tube to prevent contamination and corrosion, ensuring high purity, fast, and precise temperature control for critical wafer cleaning steps like SPM (Sulfuric Peroxide Mixture).

Nantong Jingcai Precision Co., Ltd. is a professional fabricator for quartz parts, mainly serving the industries of semiconductors and high-end optics.

We produce with our self-owned factories in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province of China. We also have self-produced synthetic quartz materials for the cutting-edge products. 

For the requests of natural quartz, we recommend to use Pacific Quartz (PQ) material, which is our strategic supplier of raw materials. PQ supplies both flame-fused quartz and electric-fused quartz, which are qualified for the standards of semiconductors and high-end optics. 

If the customer would require to use the overseas brands, such as Momentive (GE), Hereaus (HSQ), TOSOH, Corning, QSIL..., are all available by us. 

As we keep increasing the investment in our factory, our production capacity keeps growing. By now, we can supply more than 10,000 pieces of quartz etching rings per month.

Our factory owns complete fabrication processes from raw material preparation to finished end products supplying, including CNC processing, sand blasting, lapping, mechanical polishing, fire polishing, welding and etc. 

We are mainly engaged in the service of fabrication according to the technical drawings for our customers. We can also well assist the development requests from our customers with our professional experience.

Regarding the quality assurance, we have strict self-inspection procedures. Our inspectors execute with SOP completely according to the customers' technical drawings by means of the professional facilities, including the CMM, digital microscopes, stress gauge, surface roughness tester, height gauge and callipers, so that the finished products are qualified for the customers. 

We have clean rooms of various levels, including Class 100, Class 1000 and Class 10000 for different types of products. The finished products are inspected, acid cleaned and packaged in the clean rooms, so that the finished end products are without particle problems, which could trigger contamination problems in the reaction chambers.
