Products
Established in 2010, we specialize in the development, manufacturing, and customization of automotive sensors and related electronic control products. Our company operates an approximately 1,200 m² manufacturing facility with 25 employees, including 6 R&D engineers, providing support from product design and prototype development through mass production.
Our main product range includes automotive sensors and related electronic products, with annual production capacity reaching approximately 1 million units. Key manufacturing processes include SMT assembly, PCBA soldering, product assembly, parameter calibration, performance testing, and final packaging. OEM and ODM project support is available for different customer requirements.
For quality management, we have established production and inspection procedures in accordance with automotive industry requirements and have obtained IATF 16949 quality management system certification. Quality controls are implemented from incoming material inspection and in-process production control through final inspection, with batch traceability records maintained for production and shipment.
Export sales currently account for approximately 20% of our total business, with products mainly supplied to customers in Europe, North America, and other international markets. Our products are used in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and related automotive electronic systems. Depending on project requirements, we can support specification adjustment, mechanical design, electronic development, prototype validation, and mass production.
Our goal is to help overseas customers reduce quality and supply risks when introducing a new supplier through clear technical communication, controlled manufacturing processes, and traceable quality management, while building stable long-term partnerships.
