The MC3632 is an ultra-low power, low-noise, integrated digital output 3-axis accelerometer designed for wearables and consumer product motion sensing. Its monolithic fabrication integrates the MEMS accelerometer and electronics onto a single chip, offering inherent low noise and low power consumption. The device supports flexible sample rates and can trigger interrupts to a remote MCU based on specific conditions or be polled for status. Applications include wearable consumer products, IoT devices, user interface control, gaming motion input, and tilt compensation for electronic compasses in mobile devices.
