The AIS3624DQ is an ultra-low-power, high-performance three-axis accelerometer designed for automotive applications. It features a digital serial interface with SPI and I2C compatibility, enabling advanced power saving and smart sleep-to-wake functions. The device offers dynamically selectable full scales of 6g/12g/24g and can measure accelerations with output data rates from 0.5 Hz to 1 kHz. Its integrated self-test capability ensures sensor functionality in the final application, and it can generate interrupt signals for inertial wakeup/free-fall events or device positioning. The AIS3624DQ is available in a compact 4x4 mm QFN package and operates over an extended temperature range of -40C to +105C.
