The IAM-20685HP is a 6-axis MotionTracking device from TDK InvenSense, integrating a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 4.5x4.5x1.1 mm3 (24-pin DQFN) package with a wettable flanks option. Designed for ADAS and autonomous driving applications, it leverages a patented CMOS-MEMS fabrication platform for high performance and a small form factor. The device is ISO26262:2018 ASIL B certified, automotive-qualified, and reliability tested according to AEC-Q100 grade 1 requirements.
