The AIS3624DQ is an ultra-low-power, high-performance three-axis accelerometer with a digital serial interface. It features SPI and I2C compatible interfaces, offering advanced power saving and smart sleep-to-wake functions. The device supports dynamically selectable full scales of 6g/12g/24g and can measure accelerations with output data rates from 0.5 Hz to 1 kHz. Its embedded self-test capability allows for functional verification, and it can generate interrupt signals for inertial wakeup/free-fall events or device positioning. The AIS3624DQ is designed for automotive non-safety applications and is available in a compact 4x4 mm QFN package, operating over an extended temperature range of -40C to +105C.
