The MEMSIC MC3419 is a compact, integrated digital output 3-axis accelerometer designed for motion sensing in cell phones and consumer electronics. It features a dedicated motion block for advanced detection algorithms like "any motion," shake, tilt/flip, and tilt 35 position. Its monolithic design integrates MEMS and electronics on a single chip, offering low power consumption and small size. The device supports flexible sampling rates from 0.5 to 1000 samples/second and communication via SPI (up to 10 MHz) or I2C (up to 1 MHz), with support for polling or interrupt-driven status retrieval.
