The SCH16T-K01 is a high-performance 6-DOF (Degrees of Freedom) inertial sensor combining a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer. Built on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology, it features a single mixed-signal ASIC for signal processing and offers a flexible SafeSPI v2.0 compliant digital interface. Packaged in an SOIC-24 housing, this component is designed for high stability, reliability, and quality, with excellent output stability across temperature, humidity, and vibration. It includes advanced self-diagnostic features, is suitable for SMD mounting, and complies with RoHS and ELV directives.
