The Wilcoxon 787-500-IS is a low-frequency, intrinsically safe accelerometer designed for hazardous area applications. It features high sensitivity, extended low-frequency response, and is manufactured in an ISO 9001 facility. This accelerometer is certified for use in Class I, Div 1 Groups A, B, C, D; Class II, Div 1 Groups E, F, G; Class III; and Class I Zone 0 hazardous environments, meeting AEx/Ex ia IIC T4 and II 1 G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga standards. It is suitable for applications involving explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapors, or mists.
