The WH2508F is a miniature, micropower Hall-effect switch IC from Will Semiconductor Ltd. Designed for omnipolar operation, it features a single output that turns on when the magnetic flux density exceeds the operating point (BOP) and turns off when it falls below the releasing point (BRP). Its temperature compensation circuitry ensures stability of magnetic switch points across the operating range. Available in a TSOT23-3L package, this device is Pb-free and Halogen-free, making it suitable for various applications requiring sensitive magnetic switching.
