The VEML3328 is a compact RGBCIR color sensor with an I2C interface, integrating photodiodes, amplifiers, and analog/digital circuits onto a single CMOS chip. It accurately senses red, green, blue, clear, and IR light, enabling dynamic adjustment of display backlight brightness and color temperature based on ambient light conditions. This sensor can differentiate between indoor and outdoor lighting environments, making it ideal for applications requiring precise color and brightness control.
