The Atmel AT30TSE002B is an integrated device combining a 2048-bit Serial EEPROM with a temperature sensor. It is designed for memory module Serial Presence Detect (SPD) applications, offering permanent and reversible software write protection for the EEPROM. The integrated temperature sensor provides digital temperature conversion with configurable hysteresis and accuracy.
