The VCS1385 is a highly integrated, omnipolar magnetic switch sensor. It combines an AMR magnetic sensor with high-precision CMOS processing circuitry in an ultra-small package. The CMOS processing circuitry offers precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation and a push-pull output, achieving an industrial operating temperature range (-40125) and a wide voltage operating range (1.8V5.5V). With microamp-level current consumption, it is suitable for battery-powered applications such as various handheld devices. As an omnipolar magnetic switch, it simplifies installation requirements by not needing to identify the north or south pole of a magnet. Leveraging the high-speed response of AMR technology, this switch integrates high response frequency, low power consumption, small size, and excellent temperature characteristics, making it a preferred choice for many low-power, high-performance applications. The VCS1385 is available in two package types: SOT23-3 and TO-92S, with corresponding product models VCS1385S and VCS1385T.
