The AH3522/AH3524 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-effect omnipolar switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for reliable performance across temperature variations. The device offers a robust solution with integrated protection features like a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps. Its single open-drain output activates with either a South or North magnetic pole of sufficient strength.
