The AH3564Q is an AECQ100-qualified, high-voltage, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall effect switch designed for automotive position and proximity sensing. It operates from a wide 3.0V to 28V supply range and features a chopper-stabilized design for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device includes a reverse blocking diode and output overcurrent limit for enhanced robustness. Its single open-drain output activates with either a south or north magnetic pole of sufficient strength.
