The AH277A is an integrated Hall sensor with a complementary open-collector output driver, designed for the electronic commutation of brushless DC motor applications. It features an on-chip Hall sensor, amplifier, Schmitt trigger for noise rejection, and temperature compensation. The device provides two complementary outputs that switch based on magnetic flux density, offering hysteresis for reliable operation. It includes an internal band-gap regulator for stable bias voltage and reversed supply voltage protection.
