The SL170x Series is a high-performance, low-power Hall effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. It offers omnipolar magnetic field detection, capable of responding to both North and South poles. The sensor features a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages. With selectable magnetic field thresholds (Bop), it caters to various applications including laptop and tablet lid detection, TWS earphones, mobile phones, electronic locks, valve position sensing, and non-contact detection in water meters, gas meters, and flow meters. The device ensures stable operating points and switching frequencies through internal temperature compensation and clock logic circuits, providing omnipolar magnetic response with minimal current consumption.
