The LF21215TMR is a digital omni-polar magnetic switch utilizing TMR and CMOS technology. It offers high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption, integrating a TMR magnetic sensor with CMOS signal processing. Key features include an on-chip TMR voltage generator, amplifier, comparator, and Schmitt trigger for noise rejection. It boasts a wide operating voltage range, fast response, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray magnetic fields. The device operates with either North or South magnetic poles and is available in a SOT23-3 package.
