The AMR134x is a high-sensitivity digital omnipolar magnetic switch designed for pneumatic cylinder position sensing in industrial applications. It integrates anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) sensor technology with CMOS signal processing for precise magnetic detection. Key benefits include low power consumption (40 A), fast response times, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray magnetic field interference. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range and features a Schmitt trigger for noise rejection. Available in compact DFN3L and LGA3L packages, the AMR134x is ideal for pneumatic cylinder position switches.
