The APS12200, APS12210, and APS12230 are three-wire, planar Hall-effect latch ICs designed for high-temperature operation up to 175C junction temperatures. Developed in accordance with ISO 26262:2011, these devices support a functional safety level of ASIL A (pending assessment) and offer enhanced system robustness with features like reverse-battery protection, output current limiter, overvoltage, and EMC protection. They are ideal for applications requiring automotive-grade ruggedness and fault tolerance, operating from unregulated supply voltages of 2.8 to 24 V.
