The APS12200, APS12210, and APS12230 are three-wire, planar Hall-effect latch ICs designed for high-temperature operation up to 175C. Developed in accordance with ISO 26262:2011, they support an ASIL A functional safety level. These devices offer enhanced system robustness with features like reverse-battery protection, output current limiting, overvoltage protection, and EMC protection. The integrated silicon chip includes a voltage regulator, Hall plate, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit-protected open-drain output. They operate from supply voltages of 2.8 to 24 V and are available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) packages.
