The TLI4965-5M is a high-precision, unipolar Hall effect switch designed for 5V applications. It features highly accurate switching thresholds, a wide operating temperature range up to 125C, and operates from a regulated power supply. The device offers active error compensation, high stability of magnetic thresholds, and low jitter, making it ideal for precise position detection in industrial and consumer applications. It is not qualified for automotive applications.
