The TLV4946K and TLV4946-2K are value-optimized Hall Effect Latches designed for industrial and consumer applications. These high-precision devices feature accurate switching thresholds and superior temperature stability, operating from a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 18 V with reverse battery protection. They are ideal for detecting rotor positions in Brushless DC (BLDC) motors and for index counting applications. The latches offer high sensitivity, stability of magnetic switching points, and resistance to mechanical stress due to active error compensation and chopper techniques. They provide a digital open-drain output signal and are available in a lead-free and halogen-free PG-SC59-3-5 SMD package.
