The TLE4963-2M is a high-precision bipolar Hall effect latch sensor designed for automotive applications requiring operation up to 170C. It features a 3.0 V to 5.5 V operating supply voltage, active error compensation, and highly stable magnetic switching thresholds with a typical sensitivity of 5 mT. This sensor is ideal for index counting applications, such as power closing, window lifters, and brushless DC motor commutation, where accurate magnetic detection is critical.
