The TLE4942-1C is a differential two-wire Hall Effect sensor IC designed for wheel speed applications with direction detection. It provides crucial information on rotational speed, direction of rotation, assembly position, and airgap status to modern vehicle dynamics control systems and ABS. Leveraging a two-wire current interface based on Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), this single-chip solution operates without external components, offering fast power-up and low cut-off frequency. It is engineered for harsh automotive environments, featuring high sensitivity, excellent accuracy, wide operating temperature range, high ESD robustness, and strong EMC resilience.
